1. Scope
At AVDENA BİLİŞİM, we value the privacy of your personal data. This policy summarizes the data we collect through our website (avdena.com), and how we use and protect it. Details on the processing of personal data (legal grounds, transfers abroad, your rights and how to apply) are in the privacy notice (KVKK), and cookies are covered in the cookie policy.
2. Our roles
For people who visit our website and contact us, AVDENA BİLİŞİM is the data controller. For the guest and staff data of businesses that use our products, the business is the data controller and AVDENA BİLİŞİM is the data processor, processing this data only on the business's instructions and for the purpose of the contract.
3. Data we collect
We process the data that you provide to us of your own accord: what you write in the quote form, in your email or in your WhatsApp message. The quote form does not send data to our server; the "Get a quote" button prepares the message in your own email app and it reaches us when you send it. In addition, security logs containing technical data such as the IP address are generated on Cloudflare infrastructure when the site is accessed. No purchases, memberships or payments are made on our site. Sensitive data such as credit card or identity information is not collected. No data is collected for analytics or advertising.
4. Data security in our products
Our products protect the data of businesses and their guests with the following measures:
- Sensitive keys are stored encrypted with AES-256.
- Content shown on guest pages is sanitized before it is displayed.
- Panel accounts use two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and backup codes.
- Who sees what is set per user. A person without permission does not see that screen.
- In the Ops AI app, records and photos waiting to be sent are kept encrypted on the phone.
5. With whom do we share data?
Our site is served through Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider; the technical and security data generated when the site is accessed is processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site. Because Cloudflare is a US company, this data may be transferred abroad. The transfer relies on the conditions of Article 9 of KVKK, that is, an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as a standard contract (see section 6 of the privacy notice). Emails you send us are stored on our email infrastructure. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold. It may be shared with authorized institutions only where legally required.
6. How long do we keep data?
Your contact and quote request is kept until the request is concluded and for a reasonable follow-up period. When the purpose no longer exists, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
7. Your rights
You can find your rights under Article 11 of KVKK and how to apply in the privacy notice (KVKK). Applications are answered within thirty days at the latest.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The current text is always on this page, and the last updated date is shown at the top of the page. You can write to [email protected] with any questions. The Turkish text prevails.
