The guest calls a waiter with one tap. The waiter takes the order at the table from the tables screen, and the order reaches the kitchen and bar printer. All orders of that table are combined on one tab.

The call reaches the live call board of the waiter who is assigned to that restaurant and is online at that moment. If no waiter is online, the call button hides itself in the menu. No call goes unanswered.

No order goes to the wrong table
The waiter confirms the order by scanning the QR on the table with the camera. If the code of a different table is scanned, the app warns.

Routing to stations
Each product is linked to a station: food prints in the kitchen, drinks at the bar, desserts at the pastry section.
Bilingual ticket

Frequently asked questions
Is the waiter app a separate product?
No. It is the staff side of Avdena Menu and comes with it. The menu, orders and waiter flow are managed from one panel.
Do we need a separate device or hardware?
No. The waiter installs the app on their own phone. You do not need to buy a handheld terminal or any other hardware.
Does it take payment?
No. Every order at that table is combined on one tab and shows in the panel and on the waiter screen. Payment stays in your existing setup, such as a room account, the till or reception.
Should guests order, or should the waiter take the order?
Either works. It is a setting per venue: the same menu, two separate flows.
