1. Which cookies do we use?
This site uses only those that are necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies; your visits are not measured and no profile is built. Fonts are served with the site's own files; third-party font services such as Google Fonts are not called. The site's files are delivered through Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider.

2. Is consent required?
According to the Cookie Practices Guide of the Personal Data Protection Authority, cookies that are strictly necessary to carry out a communication or to provide a service requested by the user are exempt from the explicit consent requirement; the duty to inform still applies to them. Because our site uses only this kind of necessary storage, we do not ask you for cookie consent. This page and the notice at the bottom of the site provide that information.
Where needed to deliver the site securely, Cloudflare may use necessary cookies for technical and security purposes. They are not used to identify you, track you or show you ads. We do not set any other cookies of our own while you browse. If you click the Instagram or WhatsApp links, the cookie and privacy practices of those services apply.
Note: Guest pages in the Avdena Guest product come separately, with their own cookie notice and access logging in line with Law No. 5651. This policy covers only the avdena.com site.
3. Cookie notice
A cookie notice opens when you first visit the site. Because we do not use any cookie that requires consent, the notice only informs: it closes when you press the Got it button, and the Details button shows which types are used. The Got it button is not a consent; it records that you have seen the information. You can also use the site without closing the notice.
4. How do we store your choice?
We store the fact that you closed the notice in your browser's local storage under the key avdena_consent, so that it is not shown again on every visit. This record stays only in your browser and is not sent to us. When you delete your browser data, the record is also deleted and the notice opens again.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block the necessary storage, the notice will appear on every visit; the site will still work.
6. Reopening the notice and changes
You can reopen the notice at any time with the "Cookie notice" link at the bottom of the page or with the button below. If we decide in the future to use analytics or another optional cookie on the site, we will update this policy beforehand and ask for your explicit consent for those cookies before they are placed.
