Is this a QR menu service?
No. Avdena Guest is a platform that manages all of a hotel's QR touch points, across multiple locations, from one panel. For a digital menu that takes orders we have a separate product: Avdena Menu.
Does the guest need to download an app?
No. Pages open in the browser. If the guest wants, they add the hub to their home screen, without going to an app store.
Do we need to reprint codes when the content changes?
Not with dynamic codes. The code stays the same, and the content behind it changes from the panel.
We have more than one hotel. Do we manage them separately?
No. The group panel shows all facilities in one window, and you go into a hotel's panel with one click. Reports and the AI report are also available at group level.
Do guest pages carry our brand?
Yes. Your logo, your colors and your own domain are used. A small "Powered by Avdena" note appears at the bottom of the page.
