What is Avdena?
A QR-based digital guest experience platform for hotels, resorts and restaurants. It offers two modules: QR Content Management and QR Menu. Both are managed from one panel, work with no app to install and are fully your brand.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Pages open in the browser. If they wish, guests can add the Guest Hub to their phone like an app (PWA) — no store, no download.
How many languages does QR Menu support?
The guest menu supports 5 languages: Turkish, English, Russian, German and Arabic. The panel is in 4 languages; the text you enter is auto-translated.
Does the system take payments?
QR Menu works with a payment-free ordering model. The guest orders from the table; the order drops onto the kitchen/bar printer; payment stays in your existing flow.
Is it suitable for a multi-hotel group?
Yes. A white-label backbone; manage all your hotels from one panel and compare them on a group dashboard. Each location runs with its own brand and language.
