We only collect data you voluntarily provide. When you fill in the demo/contact request by e-mail, the following may be processed:

- E-mail address — so we can reply to your request
- Phone (optional) — for a call back if you prefer
- Hotel / business name (optional) — to assess your request correctly
- The module you’re interested in and your message — to understand your need
No purchase, membership or payment takes place on our site; no sensitive data such as credit card or ID is collected.

- to plan a suitable introduction/setup process for you,
- to fulfil our legal obligations.
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5 on the grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract and legitimate interest, within the explicit consent you give by contacting us.
4. With whom do we share the data?
Your message reaches us through the e-mail delivery service we use. Beyond that, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing, nor sold. It may be shared only with authorised authorities where legally required.
5. How long do we keep the data?
Your contact/demo request is kept for the resolution of the request and a reasonable follow-up period; it is deleted or anonymised once the purpose no longer applies. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Cookie policy
This promotional site uses no tracking/advertising cookies. Only the mandatory technical elements needed for the site to work properly are used. No profiling or ad tracking is done. You can always manage cookies from your browser settings.
Note: the Avdena QR product (hotel guest pages) comes with its own cookie-consent notice and access logging in line with Law No. 5651; this policy covers only the avdena.com promotional site.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrect, to request its deletion/destruction if the reason for processing no longer exists, and to request that this be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred.
